Lindsey is a graduate from the University of Arizona with a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering. While at the university she was involved with a variety of transportation topics such as roadway geometric design, traffic operations, microsimulation, and traffic safety. While studying about these topics she became familiar in using software such as AutoCAD Civil 3D, Microstation, VISSIM, and CORSIM. For her Senior Capstone project she was the transportation lead in charge of roadway design for a major one-mile corridor section in Tucson, Arizona. Throughout her studies, Lindsey also gained experience while on her internship with Pima County Department of Transportation (PCDOT). At PCDOT she learned about signal timing coordination, standard details, and traffic control for autonomous vehicles.
