Senior Principal Engineer
Chris has provided project oversight and management on hundreds of transportation engineering/planning projects including intersection studies, traffic signal designs; transportation research projects; rail corridor studies; transportation impact analyses for proposed commercial and residential developments; and campus-wide/neighborhood master plans. He currently serves as Kittelson & Associates, Inc.’s contract manager for the firm’s Clark County Public Works Traffic Engineering Professional Services On-Call Agreement. Chris is well regarded for his ability to communicate effectively at public meetings, one-on-one stakeholder meetings, and public hearings. He has instructed courses on the 2000 Highway Capacity Manual for the Georgia Department of Transportation and has served as a guest lecturer for transportation engineering courses at the University of Portland and Portland State University.
